And easy sauce for meatballs, shrimps, chicken wings, chicken fingers, fish sticks and corn sticks.
3 tablespoons butter
1 cup ketchup
1 teaspoon lemon juice or vinegar
2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
2 teaspoons prepared mustard
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon hot Tabasco sauce, optional
3 tablespoons dry or extra dry wine
In a saucepan, melt butter and ketchup over medium heat. Add the remaining
ingredients except wine. Cook for 5 minutes, stirring constantly. Remove from heat;
add wine and it is ready to serves.
